I had a good visit to the showroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the chairs I tried out felt really comfortable...

I ended up returning the chair because it just didn’t fit with my desk setup the way I hoped. The return process was clear tho, and support got back to me after a few days. Not like super fast or anything, but it wasn’t a big hassle either. The warranty info seemed fair too, so overall no major drama, just didn’t work out for me.

I was trying to buy a chair from ergotune.com, but the payment options felt way too limited. I was hoping there’d be easier installment plans or at least something more flexible, but it either wasn’t available or wasn’t explained clearly.
For the price of the chair, I expected a smoother checkout experience. On top of that, I kept getting asked to verify things again and again, which got really annoying fast. I ended up leaving the cart because it just felt like too much hassle.

Yeah, it took some time to get everything sorted, but honestly... it wasn’t a huge deal. I was kind of expecting it to be quicker, but in the end it worked out fine.

Most of the chair colors I wanted were available, I was happy about that. One add-on was sold out though, so I had to wait a little longer than planned. The site did make it clear, and ordering was simple enough overall

I got the ergotune chair thinking it would be easy to move around, but the wheels have been frustrating. It kind of drags across my floor and gets stuck when I’m just trying to roll from my desk over to the shelf.
For the price, I expected it to glide a lot better. I end up having to lift the chair half the time, which is annoying and kind of defeats the whole purpose. Not really happy with it.

I got my chair from Ergotune i think it’s good value. It’s definitely not the cheapest option out there, but compared to the basic office chairs I’ve used before, it feels a lot more comfortable and supportive. Setup was fine, though it did take me a bit longer than I expected, maybe because I was figuring things out as I went. For long work days, it’s been nice to sit in, but I do wish the armrests felt a little sturdier. Not a huge issue, just something I noticed after using it for a while.

I was hoping this would help more, but, after using it for a while, my back still hurts. It’s not terrible, but, for me, it just doesn’t give much ergonomic support

I bought this mostly because I was looking for a chair I could really dial in, but it never quite clicked for me. I kept trying different combinations with the armrests, height, and depth, thinking there had to be a setup pattern that would finally make it feel right with my desk. After a few days of tweaking, I started noticing the same issue every time: the armrests felt awkward and I still couldn’t sit comfortably. Maybe it fits someone else’s setup better, but for me the adjustability just wasn’t enough

At first glance the chair looked okay, and I wasn’t paying attention to every little detail. But the more I used it, the plastic and fabric were the things I kept noticing because they just feel kind of cheap. After a little while it also started feeling less sturdy than I expected. I was hoping for better quality overall.

The site works okay overall, but for some reason the design just feels kind of dull to me. There’s a lot of white space, and the product pages don’t really grab my attention or feel that exciting. For the price, I was expecting it to look a bit more modern and polished.

I was looking at a few chairs to compare, but the info on the product pages was a bit all over the place, honestly. Some specs I needed were missing, or not easy to find they were, so I wasn’t totally sure what I was about to order. It worked out okay, but clearer it could definitely be.

Checkout wasn’t super clear either, and having to keep verifying myself over and over just made the whole thing feel more annoying than it needed to be.

I didn’t expect maintaining this chair to be such a hassle. I had planned to just wipe it down quickly and get on with my day, but dust kept getting stuck in the gaps and the little parts were awkward to deal with. What should’ve been a simple cleanup turned into way more time than I wanted to spend, and it pretty much messed up the plans I had for the afternoon. I just wanted an easy chair to look after, not another chore

The chair looks nice and kind of gives the room a cleaner setup, so I do like it in that sense. But at the same time, sitting in it for more than an hour or two just isn’t great for me. My lower back starts feeling tired, and the seat feels harder than I expected. It’s not terrible, but for the price I was hoping it would feel a lot more comfortable.

They’ve got a good range of products, and I found a few things I liked. A couple of the colors I wanted were out of stock, which was a little disappointing, but overall it was still a solid selection

So... it’s a decent chair overall, but it does feel a little cramped when I’m sitting at my desk. It works for my small workspace, just not quite as roomy as I hoped.

I’ve only been using it for a few weeks, and some of the parts have already started getting loose. It still works, but something feels off quality-wise and I’m not super confident it’ll hold up much longer.

Checkout was easy overall, and I got shipping updates along the way. They seemed okay, though I wasn’t totally sure at times when it would actually arrive.

I ordered from Ergotune and the delivery went smoothly overall. The tracking link came through quickly, and the chair arrived in good condition with nothing missing. It took a little longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a big deal. Packaging was decent too. All in all, I’m happy with the experience and would be comfortable ordering from them again...
